Lifeline for a Lifetime
The Lifeline for a Lifetime resources offer comprehensive vascular access planning and monitoring information for patients and renal professionals and include:

  • Documents – This toolkit contains simple PDFs designed for both patients and professionals
  • Visuals – The toolkit contains downloadable Videos for reference
  • Bilingual – Many resources are available in English and Spanish

Vascular Access Planning Guide
This comprehensive guide outlines planning for and placing an arteriovenous (AV) fistula or an AV graft. The “Ready Set Go” tools were designed to aid renal professionals in understanding the stages of fistula maturation and graft healing, and to help educate patients with companion patient resources.

One Minute Catheter Check
These simplified resources for patients and professionals offer easy-to-understand, basic knowledge on catheter safety and a step by step process for checking a catheter before connection.
